Outpouring Family International
OFI has grown out of Alan and Eileen Vincent’s ministry, which began in 1963. Over the years, strong relationships have been forged, and a bonding grew out of love and respect. These relationships have been consolidated through Alan’s ministry in The School of the Word, training, conferences, working with existing apostolic networks in many nations, and the patient work of developing such networks and relationships that now carry the Family DNA and have a unique witness in their localities.
OFI is the natural coming together of these spiritual sons, many of whom have grown to have their own apostolic networks and spiritual sons. That next generation is now able to appreciate belonging to OFI as well.
As in every family, we are growing. Today new connections are being made as Alan and Eileen and, increasingly, other family members continue to disciple, envision, and teach a new generation of pio
neering leaders in the nations.
OFI is a relational network of ministers, churches, and ministries from around the world. Among us are apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, and ministry leaders with effective spheres of ministry. Our common basis of relationship with one another is our ministry relationship with Alan and Eileen Vincent of Outpouring Ministries.
Many OFI members have had years of direct relationship with, and ministry input from, Alan and Eileen. All family members have received the message of faith, prayer, revival, and the Kingdom as preached through them and are implementing it in some way in their different spheres of ministry around the world.
Love & Honor
The founders are the “Dad and Mom” of OFI with many OFI family members as “spiritual sons” in the Lord. In this regard, OFI is not a governmental network but a relational network held together by cords of mutual love and honor for Alan and Eileen and for one another.
Each OFI member respects and honors the Vincents as a true apostolic couple and as those who individually carry a powerful ministry from the Lord. Alan is a gifted prophetic teacher with a wealth of revelation in the Word and a seasoned apostolic father to many around the world. Eileen is a powerful intercessor, preacher, and teacher who ministers with a strong prophetic anointing.
In addition to their common involvement with the ministry of Alan and Eileen Vincent, OFI members have developed areas of ministry amongst themselves.
OFI Purpose & Goals
The primary purpose of OFI is to continue the spiritual legacy that the Lord has started through the ministry of Alan and 
Eileen Vincent both in and through OFI family members. Who we are is best described by what we call the Family DNA.
Our goal in gathering as OFI is to connect family members with one another for their mutual strengthening. This is an international movement where we learn from one another so that we might better serve each other and our various works.
We are a family of ministers, ministries, and churches in fellowship and working relationship with the whole Body of Christ. For those seeking to belong to
something larger, we provide a sense of family, apostolic wisdom, teaching, and help. Our prayer is that the relationships will long outlast the lives of Alan and Eileen and be an ongoing testimony to the glory of God.
OFI is not intended in any way to be exclusive or separatist. We seek to embrace, strengthen, and work with those who also have relationships with other groups and streams without requiring them to sever those connections.
Connection with OFI must not be a substitute for good local relationships. The purpose, on the contrary, is to develop and strengthen local relationships for the ever spreading advancement of the Kingdom of God throughout the cities and nations of the world.
