What is Outpouring Ministries?
Outpouring Ministries is the personal ministry name for Alan & Eileen Vincent and provides income for their ministry, missions, support of many ministries and individuals and also their personal living income.
Their entire personal ministry in the USA and around the world operates under this banner.
Churches and individuals can and do give to Outpouring Ministries. However, because it is not a 501 (c ) (3) “not for profit” corporation, individuals are unable to receive IRS tax credits. Tax credits can be obtained by donations to Outpouring Missions International (OMI) which is a 501 (c ) (3) “not for profit” corporation.
Outpouring Ministries is financially, administratively and governmentally separate from OMI and the other component ministries of OMI. Outpouring Ministries contributes significantly to OMI in order to ensure that expenses are covered. Outpouring Ministries also gives 90% of the income generated from its tape sales into OMI.
What is Outpouring Missions International (OMI)?
OMI stands for Outpouring Missions International, Inc. This is a US based ” 501 (c) (3) not for profit” corporation. OMI provides the not – for – profit umbrella under which City Reachers and other OMI ministries operate from. The other ministries include City Reachers, Pray San Antonio (radio program) and San Antonio Apostolic Prayer Center. OMI also contributes significantly to and supports many mission projects and individuals overseas with whom Eileen and Alan Vincent have relationships.
OMI runs an office and staff to facilitate the work of these ministries. OMI receives contributions from churches and individuals. Some of these are designated for a particular part of the ministry such as City Reachers or the San Antonio Prayer and Apostolic Center. Non-designated funds are used to support those parts of the ministry that do not generate financial support. Without this support, these ministries and the office would cease to function. OMI does not support Outpouring Ministries.
