Alan Vincent is an anointed apostle who teaches with God-given revelation, imparting faith to people all over the world. As one who models the Father-heart of God, he is a true father to the body of Christ, helping pastors and churches step into the full measure of God’s calling for them.
Before he and his wife Eileen were converted in 1958, Alan was a successful scientist who called himself an atheist. After meeting Jesus, however, both Alan and Eileen’s lives radically changed. Within weeks, they heard the call to serve God in India, and five years later — with one small child and Eileen pregnant with the next — they left for the mission field. They spent the next 13 years pioneering the work of God in and around Bombay, where they saw thousands saved. They then relocated their family to Hertfordshire, England and established churches there until God called them to move to San Antonio, USA in 1991.
The Apostle Paul wrote to the Corinthian church, “Even though you have ten thousand instructors in Christ, you do not have many fathers…” Alan Vincent is one of those rare fathers. He provides apostolic fathering to many leaders, younger apostolic men, churches and organizations worldwide. As he teaches the scriptures with prophetic revelation, many are brought to a deeper maturity in Kingdom living and service. Everything he teaches is shot through with faith. He leaves his hearers challenged to think, be and act bigger, appropriating all God has for them. Through his powerfully anointed teaching and relationship-based ministry, cities and regions around the world have been influenced. Alan has historic relationships in such places as India, Poland, Kenya, Austria, England, Zambia, and many US cities. As was said of the Apostle Paul, the same may be said of Alan Vincent, “…my way of life in Christ Jesus … agrees with what I teach everywhere in every church.”
Eileen and her husband Alan were converted in 1958 and within weeks heard the call to serve Him in India. Five years later – with one small child and Eileen pregnant with the next – they left for India, began Outpouring Ministries, and spent the next 13 years pioneering the work of God in and around Bombay. They then relocated their family to Hertfordshire, England and established churches there until God called them to move to San Antonio in 1991. The Vincents are an apostolic couple who minister all over the world and can speak first hand of the work of God in Europe, Africa, Asia and India, as well as the United States. They are also the parents of three grown children and grandparents of seven precious grandchildren.
Eileen has been used mightily to ignite the church to new levels of prayer and passion for God. She is a powerful intercessor, preacher and teacher who ministers with a strong prophetic anointing at churches and conferences worldwide. Eileen has served on intercessory teams for many national and international conferences. She is also an author and has published four books.
In 1998, God instructed Eileen to focus her attention primarily on San Antonio. During a time of travailing prayer, God placed His burden on Eileen’s heart for the city and gave her a strategy to mobilize “City Reachers for the love of San Antonio.“ Eileen is the Founder and Director of City Reachers a multi-cultural, cross denominational Christian ministry facilitating prayer and connecting pastors, leaders and intercessors for the purpose of city transformation. From the beginning, Eileen has been working to see revival in the church and a sweeping move of God in the city that will bring true transformation in every area of society.
Eileen also worked to establish pastors prayer groups, “Watchmen on the Wall” 24 hour prayer for the city; and she gathers prayer warriors for continual, persistent, targeted prayer for the whole of San Antonio. Eileen passionately believes these prayers are preparing the way for revival. According to Eileen, “It is the Lord calling the church to pray. Now is the time for the entire church of San Antonio to come together and pray like never before.”
Eileen is now working to establish the San Antonio Apostolic Prayer Center (SAAPC) a place of 24 hour prayer, worship and praise in the spirit of David’s Tabernacle. Our prayer is that the SAAPC will cause God’s will to be done, His glory to flow and be a place from where the Kingdom of God advances.
